REFUND POLICY

Medidwelling Pharmaceuticals follows a strict quality and safety protocol. Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, refunds and returns are limited and allowed only under specific conditions.

1. No Refund on Opened or Used Products

Pharma products cannot be returned or refunded once opened, used, or tampered with, for safety and regulatory reasons.

2. Refund / Replacement is Allowed Only If:

• Wrong product delivered
• Product received in damaged condition
• Product is expired or near-expiry at the time of delivery

Proof: Photo or video must be sent within 48 hours of receiving the product.

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

4. Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
