Refund Policy

Medidwelling Pharmaceuticals follows quality and safety protocols. Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, refunds and returns are limited and are allowed only under specific conditions where an order has been accepted through an authorized sales channel.

1. No Refund on Opened or Used Products

Pharmaceutical products cannot be returned or refunded once opened, used, or tampered with, subject to applicable law and regulatory requirements.

2. Refund / Replacement Eligibility

A refund or replacement may be considered if:

• The wrong product was delivered
• The product was received in damaged condition
• The product was expired or near-expiry at the time of delivery

Proof requirement supplied by the company: Photo or video should be sent within 48 hours of receiving the product.

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

4. Refund Processing

If approved, refunds are stated to be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
